I have been using my spring break to contemplate ways that I can eat healthier at school. As some of my previous posts may have demonstrated, reese's cups and poptarts tend to be my cuisine of choice (especially during times of high stress). I have come to the conclusion that along with orange juice and yogurt with granola, oatmeal would also be an acceptable addition to my dining options.
