Hanes

I don't care if I am a girl. The most comfortable outfit is a pair of jeans and a Hanes Men's V-neck T-shirt.

My favorite photo of Ben. Not only do I like how he is posed in this photo, but I also like how smart he looks. Very clean. Elbow grease, ladies and gents!

Old Barns

When I think about where I'll be in fifteen years, I hope that I'll be walking down a clean barn aisle in a light, airy barn with padded stalls and a heated tack room and office. But in reality, the cost of a new and state-of-the-are facility is not something I will be able to achieve that quickly.

However, weathered wood photographs really well.

Giving Birth

I'd just like to thank my mother for giving birth to me. Today in my development class we watched a video of labor and birth. I am very thankful for what my mother went through so that I can be here.

I like both of these photos for their focus on the eyes, and their short depth of focus.

Back To The Grindstone

Second day of classes down, 11 weeks and 3 days to go. And I'm sick. Unfortunately I don't think there are any equine photos that relate to that, so I'll just choose an oldie but a goodie. 

"SoftGaze." This was a photo that I shot manual black and white of my retired eventer, Ben. We were at a show, just hanging out in the stabling area.
